Here are the answers to some of our commonly asked questions
What is the check-in and check-out process?
We operate a self check-in / out process, shortly before your booking, we will send you a personal door code so you can let yourself in and out for the duration of your stay with us. This ensures your privacy, however if you would like us to meet you there and show you around the facilities then we will usually be able to accommodate that, just drop us a quick message.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Usually, check-in is from 3pm on the day of your arrival, and check-out by 11am on the day you leave.
How many people can you accommodate?
We can comfortably sleep two couples, and there is cutlery and crockery for four. We have also had small parties of 10 people use the studio for play parties. We don’t charge per-head but would certainly limit it to 12 people.
Do you provide ProDom services?
No, sorry. We are only a stay and play venue for consenting adults so we don’t arrange a professional Mistress (or Master) – You may arrange to meet your own professional dominatrix however, but what happens between you is entirely between you.
What is your cancellation policy?
For bookings cancelled before two weeks of check-in, we can offer a 50% refund, and bookings within two weeks are non-refundable.

Do we have the use of the whole property?
Yes! We only have one booking in at a time. All rooms and equipment are available to you for the duration of your booking.
Is there parking available?
Yes! We have off-road parking for two cars.
Can I play my own music?
Yes! There is is a Bluetooth speaker in the playroom that you can connect your device to.
